By accessing or using Marseil, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Marseil provides an AI agent platform that allows users to create and deploy conversational AI agents trained on their own knowledge base. The service is provided 'as is' and may be updated or changed without prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use the service for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for all content you upload and all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not use Marseil to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others; to generate misleading, defamatory, or harmful outputs; or to circumvent usage limits or access controls.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Marseil a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service. Marseil retains ownership of the platform, codebase, and all associated intellectual property.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marseil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
